Netafim

Founded in 1965, to help the world grow more with less, Netafim is one of the largest irrigation companies in the world, with a presence in over 120 countries. Their new 110,000 sqft distribution center and offices feature a Daikin VRV system designed and installed by Johnson Air.

The Daikin system dramatically reduces the amount of outdoor equipment because of it’s ability to simultaneously heat and cool multiple zones. The system designed by Johnson Air, goes beyond the capabilities of a traditional zoned system, which can provide heating and cooling, but not both. If an equipment room requires cooling, while an office is requesting heating; the VRV system provides both from a single outdoor compressor. Additionally, the outdoor compressor self-adjusts to meet the exact load of the building, resulting in a much greater efficiency than systems with a simple on/off control.
